Core stack
Craft CMS, Neo, Multi-site
Partnering with the primary project stakeholders, our agency provided specialized engineering expertise to architect and develop the F Suite multi-site platform. Our mission was to transform a complex design vision into a high-performance, modular digital engine that simplifies enterprise content management.
What we did
Key contributions
Enterprise Multi-Site Infrastructure
We engineered a centralized Craft CMS core capable of managing multiple production environments within a single instance, ensuring architectural consistency and shared resource efficiency across the ecosystem.
Modular "Neo" Content Engine
Our team designed and implemented a sophisticated Page Builder using the Neo plugin. By creating a robust matrix of reusable fields, we provided the client's marketing team with infinite layout flexibility without incurring technical debt.
Atomic Design Implementation
We applied a rigorous "Sections / Blocks / Bits" methodology. This hierarchical approach ensured that every UI element remained consistent, reusable, and perfectly aligned with the project's high-fidelity style guide.
Performance-First Engineering
We developed a lightweight frontend using Tailwind CSS and custom utility-first logic. By optimizing the rendering path and maintaining a Zero-JS core, we ensured elite-level loading speeds and long-term SEO stability.
Systemic Technical Collaboration
We established a clean, maintainable codebase using specialized utility classes and responsive container logic, providing a seamless handover and a scalable foundation for future site additions.
Outcome
A high-performance, architecturally sound platform that balances complex multi-site management with an intuitive, modular editing experience for the F Suite team.
